Thomas Norris ARM, CPCU is Vice President of Operations for Rounds and Associates. Mr. Norris has over 25 years experience in claims, loss control and underwriting associated with petroleum storage tank systems. He has managed over 8,000 environmental claims in the United States and Canada. He has also been instrumental in the creation of five separate risk-financing mechanisms for environmental liability coverage. Mr. Norris has extensive experience with subrogation and claim litigation.
